Cross-Chain Real World Data Network

What is the Acria Network?
One of the most pressing issues when developing smart contracts is the lack of real-world data. But due to technical limitations, such as the consensus protocol, no blockchain has been able to solve this major limitation.
The Acria Network aims to solve exactly this problem with the help of so-called oracle nodes. In addition to that, it aims to implement cross-chain support in order to supply various blockchains with real-world data. Cross-chain functionality will be achieved via the Polkadot ecosystem and Ethereum.
An important advantage of the Acria Network compared to common solutions is the complete lack of middlemen. This in turn increases the quality and trustworthiness of the data provided.
The main features of the project
- Cross Chain
The Acria Network can be utilized across all blockchains. On top of this many currencies can be used as stakes to earn interest. - Extensibility and Scalability
By design, the Acria Network is designed to allow the easy implementation of publicly available data by the initial distributor of that data. - Earn Rewards
The Acria Token can be staked to earn rewards and at the same time increase the trustworthiness of the data provided.
What are the goals of Acria?
The Acria network has many design goals to achieve all of its goals, such as:
- Cross chain. Each individual process must be optimized to enable cross-chain communication with different blockchains. On top of that, as many cryptocurrencies as possible should be used as collateral and therefore be wagerable.
- Easy to use. By allowing the user to use their preferred cryptocurrency as collateral, we completely eliminate the hassle of acquiring the currency used by the network. In addition to this, each end user software is optimized to be as easy and straightforward to use as possible.
- Extensibility and scalability. The Acria network is designed to make it easy for the original distributor of the data to embed public data. This ensures that the network always meets the needs of its users. In addition, it is able to support very low latency and high throughput.
- Reliable. The Acria network only allows the owner of the data to manage the oracle node. Other users are then allowed to stake their preferred currency on these oracle nodes. If the oracle operator publishes incorrect data, a portion of the stakers’ winnings will be reduced. Therefore, stakers lend credibility to the data provided by the oracle node as they prefer to stake only on the most trusted nodes.
- Defi (Decentralized Finance). Most Defi projects are faced with a complete lack of real blockchain data. The Acria Network aims to fuel these Defi projects with this much-needed real-world data. To ensure this, Acria Net takes various measures to ensure that every project can implement this data, no matter which blockchain it is on. Because of this design goal, the Acria network also accepts most cryptocurrencies as fees.
Market participants
Oracle Node – only the distributor of the real-world data is able to operate an Oracle Node. Therefore, all untrustworthy middlemen are eliminated. All other users are able to stake various cryptocurrencies on those nodes to provide them with additional credibility.
Staking Node – all other participants are able to join those Oracle Nodes with their stake to provide additional credibility to that node. At the same time, they are also earning rewards as they enable the reputation system.
